also known as my 32nd birthday, chris and i spent the day before hazel was born rowing boats and picnic-ing in central park. we followed that up with dinner at fat radish and ice cream cake in pjs at home. it was an absolutely perfect day and one of my favorite birthday's in the past few years. even though the place that developed my film messed it up, i salvaged a few pics from my very awesome - and very pregnant - birthday.
and then i went into labor 12 hours later. crazy how things work out. may 25th, 2014
in an effort to not totally clog our friends social feeds with baby photos, we started an instagram account where we can upload as many photos as we want without thinking twice about it. (although, who wouldn't want to see a million photos of THIS FACE!? i mean come ON)
if you want to join the hazel fan club / most adorable photo feed ever, you can find her on instagram at @hazelharmon. but be warned - you might experience cuteness overload
to say quite a bit happened since my last post seems like a major understatement
chris and i indeed spent the memorial day long weekend enjoying our time together and celebrating my 32nd birthday. we rowed boats and picnic'd in central park, went to diner in the city and ate a whole lotta ice cream cake.
and then at 3am on memorial day, my water broke. yep. SURPRISE!!
chris and i headed to the hospital and i had our baby girl, Hazel Hill Harmon at 8:20am. she's only 5 hours old in this photo which is pretty nuts. we spent 4 days in the hospital and were able to come home thursday afternoon
now we're home with our little baby bean getting adjusted to everyday life and loving our new family. things couldn't be any better right now, we're so in love
