CHIANG MAI TIME

we spent four nights in chiang mai and it was super rad

not only was a great jumping off point for a ton of mini adventures, but the city itself was one of my favorites. it's the second largest city in thailand and supposedly the heart of thailand's culture. i was definitely swooning.

we spent sunday night at a huge street fair with hundreds of vendors (and what seemed like thousands of people), hit up a bunch of temples and wandered the streets looking for good eats.

we also timed our trip perfectly and were able to see a crazy parade and send up floating lanterns during the Yi Peng festival
