growing up one of our favorite dishes to make as a family was 'chinese chicken' with a side of crab rangoon.

sometimes on special occasions chris and i celebrate my ridiculous midwestern-ness by making un-crab rangoon. what is that you ask? a blend of cream cheese, scallions, salt, pepper, garlic and cayenne pepper all mixed up and fried in a wonton.
