we spent our first week in hawaii with chris's family celebrating the holidays, and doing a lot of adventuring together.
i saw my first black sand beach (which blew my mind) we hiked around volcanoe's national park (touching dried lava and standing on a lava lake, whoa), beached, snorkled, pooled, and ate a whole lotta pineapple.
